Yes. Upgrade or downgrade your plan from your account dashboard at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remaining billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep current-tier features until then. Founder is a permanent locked-rate plan: switching to a monthly plan means giving up the locked rate, so contact [email protected] before changing.

Daily messages reset at midnight UTC. If you hit your daily cap, LIA pauses chat until reset, but voice access (on Studio and Founder) and your conversation history remain available. Pro and higher tiers can use the message wallet to draw from a monthly buffer that rolls over within the billing cycle. Free tier has a hard daily cap with no wallet.

Founder is a paid program: €699 upfront one-time plus €39.99/month locked for life, with the first month free from beta launch. Compared to Studio at €99.99/month publicly, Founders save €60/month forever. Once you pay the €699 upfront, your €39.99 monthly rate is yours permanently, even across cancellations and pauses. For Starter, Pro, and Studio: 14 days from the date of payment, no questions asked, full refund via the same payment method. For the Founder plan: the 14-day window starts on your first beta access day, not the payment day. After that window the €699 upfront is non-refundable, but you can cancel the monthly subscription anytime with no further charges. All prices on this page are shown in EUR and are VAT-inclusive for consumers in the European Union. Your projects, audio, and DAW sessions are yours. LIA reads minimal session metadata (key, BPM, track names, current selection) to give context-aware suggestions, but never uploads your audio files or full project to any server. Conversation transcripts are stored to improve your individual session continuity.
